Some small fixes.

• Fixed a bug with RemoteApps in a multi-monitor configuration.
• Fixed a bug with the /mon switch not working properly when the primary monitor was not configured as the leftmost monitor.
• You can now also append the /t switch after the computer name(s) in the GUI.
• Several other minor tweaks and modifications.
