Just a quick fix, nothing special… 
Change log:
- Fixed a bug with using double quotes in the command line options file for the connection file.
- Fixed a bug with RDP+ not appearing in the taskbar (until it got focused again) when switching to another program before the GUI was displayed.
- Some other minor improvements and tweaks.
